"Shipping was frustratingly slow"
I ordered from mybevstore.com expecting it to arrive in a few days, but it ended up taking over a week. The lack of updates made it even more frustrating because I kept wondering what was going on. Everything did show up in good condition, which I’m thankful for, but the wait was disappointing. I’m not sure I’d order again if I needed something quickly.

"Order seemed right and easy"
I got what I ordered, and as far as I can tell, there weren’t any mixups. The whole thing was straightforward overall.

"My order was totally fine, no real..."
My order was totally fine, no real complaints there. But price-wise, I kept going back and forth in my head like, okay, some of these drinks are actually reasonable… and then others had me thinking, hmm, I’ve definitely seen that cheaper somewhere else. It’s not a bad place at all, I just don’t know if it would be my go-to every time unless there’s a sale or some kind of deal happening.

"Support was okay, just a little slow"
I ordered from mybevstore.com and ended up needing to reach out to customer service because I wasn’t sure what was going on with my delivery update.

They did get back to me and were polite, but the response took longer than I expected. I had to follow up once before I got a clear answer.

Everything was eventually sorted out, so I wouldn’t call it a bad experience. It just wasn’t the smoothest either, average overall

"My package arrived all smashed up..."
My package arrived all smashed up, and the box was crushed enough that the bottles inside were sticky from leaking. Frustrating, honestly. I’m not even sure it’s worth trying to deal with customer service because I don’t really trust they’ll do much about it.

"Tasted stale, so I wouldn’t buy it again"
I was disappointed with this. It tasted old and a little weird, so I couldn’t really enjoy it. Because of that, I don’t think I’d buy it again
